Media and correspondence privacy

Our recognition approach relies on fingerprints and representations. This page explains those choices and how data from your visit and correspondence is handled.

The recognition index

The index retains content fingerprints (hashes) and digital representations. Image and video files are analysed to produce these elements; they are not retained in the index. This architecture supports comparison while limiting media retention.

These choices reflect a data-minimisation approach, a core GDPR principle. Fingerprints and representations remain subject to personal-data protection rules when they allow a person to be identified. The GDPR on the CNIL website.

Browsing

This site includes no advertising, audience analytics or behavioural tracking tools. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. The site’s code does not set cookies.

The host may process technical data needed to operate and secure the service, including IP addresses and access logs.

Preparing your message

Information entered in the form remains in the page open on your device. The form does not send it to a server. The site’s code does not save it in local browser storage. The text is passed to your email application only when you choose to open it.

Email correspondence

If you send your message, ShieldHer receives your contact details and its content to respond and consider your professional enquiry. Avoid sharing intimate media or information unnecessary to that conversation.

Messages are received in the professional mailbox hosted by OVHcloud. For requests concerning access, correction or deletion of your correspondence, write to contact@shieldher.pro.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and the basis for processing, you may exercise the rights provided by applicable data-protection rules. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
